HalloweenPartyStore.com Costume purchase made between September 1, 2011 – October 15, 2011 can be returned for Exchange Only – The return to be accepted it must be post marked within 10 days of placing the order.
All costume purchases after October 15, 2011 – October 31, 2011 are a Final Sale – no exchange, no refund, nor store credit. HalloweenPartystore.com has the right to refuse any return package that does not follow the return policy.
All purchases made between November 1 – August 31 can be returned for exchange or refund. The return to be accepted it must be post marked within 15 days of placing the order.
All Sales Final on clearance or sale items – no exchanges, store credit, or refunds.
