Why was I not able to select my size/color choice?

Please check the item details to ensure that it is offered in your size.  If it is made in that size/color combination, the most likely explanation is that the item is currently out of stock in our warehouse.  Items noted as “O/S” (one size fits most) are available in that size only, and we cannot/do not guarantee fit.


When will I receive my order/When will my order ship?

Delivery times are an approximate estimate of business days (weekend days not included in estimate).  Orders entered before 4:00PM PST / 7:00PM EST will ship the very same day.  You can track your order in our order tracking section.


Do you accept checks, money orders, or Paypal?

No.  We only accept credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or debit cards.


Do you offer gift cards?

We do not have gift cards available at this time.


Why do I need both a billing and shipping address?

Your billing address is necessary to validate your credit card information, and should match the address where your credit card statements are sent.  

The shipping address tells us where to send your package.

Any fraudulent activity on Halloweenpartystore.com is documented and reported to law enforcement for prosecution.


How will my order be packaged?

Your merchandise will be shipped in a generic, Postal Service box.  The only marking from our Website will appear in the “return address” section of the shipping label.


Do you offer local pickup?

We offer local pickup in the PHOENIX AREA ONLY.  We are located just West of Highway 17 at 43rd and Anthem.  Please contact our customer service department at our toll-free number, +1 (877) 552-4777, to arrange pickup between the Hours of 9AM and 5PM Arizona time.  

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we now have showroom for residents in the Phoenix, AZ area.  We’re just west of Highway 17 near 43rd and Anthem.  Contact our customer service department at +1 (877) 552-4777 for the address.


Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

All orders should receive confirmation emails.  If you did not, it is likely the result of misspelling your email address.  If you saw a message thanking you for your order, then we received it and are processing it.  However, if you are still concerned about whether or not we received your order, please contact us at one of the options shown in the “contact us” tab.


What is your Halloween Return Policy?

No refunds or exchanges
will be given on costume/shoe orders placed between September 1st and October 31st due to high order volume.  We do not allow exchanges on worn items or items where the original manufacturer's tags have been removed.


What if the item I purchased does not fit?

If you are not happy with the fit of your item, you are welcome to exchange it before September 1st.  After this date, we do not allow exchanges due to high volume and our commitment to shipping all new orders on time. WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS between September 1st and October 31st.  All exchanges must have the original item packaging (original shipping box not necessary) and invoice.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs; however, we cover the shipping for the new item.

How can I receive my exchange faster?


All exchanges will be processed on the day that they are received (if before 4:00PM PST / 7:00PM EST).  Please include all original packaging and invoicing so that we are able to find your order number to process the exchange.  We only process exchanges received by September 15th.


It says “out of stock”—when will this item be back in stock?

Halloween costumes are typically limited to the amount that we receive and are not reordered.  If our Website says “out of stock”, then you are 99% likely to be out of luck.  However, you are still welcome to call or email our customer service department (see “contact us” tab) if you would like to confirm.


Can I back order an item?

Sorry, we do not allow back orders.  Manufacturers only supply a certain amount of items and do not allow reorders during the Halloween season.
